IAN DICK
I’ve been an amateur photographer in one way or another for many years. Like many I started off with point and shoots and ended up loving a 10x zoom Panasonic which was great for hill walking. I then moved on to my first DSLR, a Canon 450D. With one prime and one zoom lens I loved the creative freedom but hated the bulk and weight.
Then I tried a Fuji X-T1 and never looked back. I loved the design of the camera but what really impressed me was the results from the camera and the Fuji lenses. After a year I upgraded to the X-T2 and I’ve now got a few Fuji lenses plus a drone for those aerial shots.
My main love is landscapes especially in Autumn and Winter. Nothing better than jumping in the car and heading out of Glasgow for a remote shoot around Scotland. Also enjoy the odd city/street photograph.
